  • Availability varies by season, but earlier is always better — especially around holidays and graduation season. I take on a limited number of custom projects to ensure each one receives proper attention.

  • Yes. Custom orders are confirmed once a deposit is received. Remaining balances are due prior to pickup.

  • Whenever possible, I’m happy to discuss dietary needs during planning. Because everything is prepared in a shared kitchen environment, I cannot guarantee allergen-free production, but I will always be transparent about ingredients.

Knight Bus

  • The Knight Bus is a mobile extension of my kitchen, serving weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, private parties, and community gatherings.

  • Service is provided directly from the truck window. Menus are curated in advance and selected during planning to keep service smooth and enjoyable for guests.

  • Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date. Final details and payment are confirmed prior to the event.

  • No. Service is designed to be streamlined from the truck window.

Catering

  • Catering refers to food prepared for your event and delivered or served off-site without the food truck. The Knight Bus is a full mobile service experience.

  • I cater private gatherings, corporate meetings, celebrations, and seasonal events. Menus are customized to fit the size and style of your event.

  • In most cases, yes. Availability depends on the event date and scope.

  • The earlier the better — especially for larger events. Availability is limited to ensure quality and proper planning.
