The Knight Bus is a rolling version of my kitchen — built to bring the same old-fashioned comfort, from-scratch cooking, and thoughtful care you’d find at Golden Badger Bakeshop out into the world.
It’s designed for events of all kinds, serving food that feels familiar but never boring. Sometimes that means a full spread, sometimes something sweet, sometimes exactly what people didn’t know they were hoping for — but it’s always made with intention and served with care.
The Knight Bus is flexible by design, adapting to the moment, the crowd, and the kind of experience you want your event to have.

Served from the Knight Bus, Midnight Magic is a sweet and savory after-hours food experience designed to keep the night going just a little longer. Comforting, crowd-pleasing bites are prepared fresh and served with the same care as everything that comes out of the Golden Badger kitchen.
Midnight Magic is especially popular for weddings, after-parties, and milestone events that deserve a proper encore.
Midnight Magic is a seasonal offering, available during warmer months.
