Midnight Magic is a late-night food service offered through the Knight Bus — designed for the moment when the event isn’t quite over, but everyone suddenly realizes they’re hungry again.
Designed to begin later in the evening, with service starting anywhere between 9:30 PM and midnight, Midnight Magic brings cozy, playful, and deeply satisfying food to close out the night. It’s meant to feel intentional and complete — a thoughtful final chapter that leaves people full, happy, and lingering just a little longer.
This service is booked on its own and planned in advance.
How Midnight Magic works
Midnight Magic is planned intentionally around the flow of each event. Timing, menu, and service length are shaped in advance to fit the night, rather than following a one-size-fits-all format.
Menus are curated ahead of time and selected by the event organizer, with options designed specifically for late-night service — comforting, satisfying, and easy to enjoy while standing, mingling, or dancing. Everything is prepared with care and served fresh from the Knight Bus.
Because Midnight Magic is meant to feel seamless and complete, it is planned and prepaid in advance. Details are confirmed ahead of the event so service can begin smoothly and end with confidence.

Midnight Magic is offered as a late-night service, with start times scheduled between 9:30 PM and midnight, with midnight as the latest possible start time. Because this service operates from a mobile food truck and takes place late in the evening, availability is seasonal and dependent on weather and event conditions. Timing is confirmed during the planning process to ensure the experience feels smooth, comfortable, and intentional.

For events where the moment matters, Cinderella Service offers a precise midnight start.
With Cinderella Service, Midnight Magic begins exactly at midnight — no early starts, no rolling window. Food is ready, the window opens on the clock, and service begins right on cue. It’s especially popular for weddings, New Year’s Eve celebrations, and milestone moments with a countdown or symbolic timing.
Cinderella Service is a timing-based upgrade available for Midnight Magic bookings and is confirmed during the planning process.
